Realty, becoming a Million Dollar Producer in the first 12
months, and the top producing agent at the office for two
years. When Main Event merged with RE/MAX in 1992, Richard
joined RE/MAX Performance and once again, quickly became their
top producing agent. Before his real estate career, Richard
had been self employed in a variety of different fields: the
construction industry and related trades, retail sales, as a restaurateur, and in the entertainment business. Overall,
Richard has now sold over $37 million in
real estate in 13 years, which is a testament to his love
for the industry, and the knowledge that he is helping his
